Jak usunąć konto
- Bezpośrednio w aplikacji: zakładka „Konto” → „Usuwam konto”. Konto zostanie usunięte natychmiast.
- Bez aplikacji: prosimy napisać do nas na adres info@rodinneslevy.cz, wpisując w temacie „Usunięcie konta w aplikacji”, i podać numer telefonu zweryfikowany w aplikacji. Konto usuniemy najpóźniej w ciągu 30 dni.
Co zostanie usunięte
- konto aplikacji na urządzeniu i jego klucz dostępu,
- zweryfikowany numer telefonu i kody weryfikacyjne,
- zapisane dane do zamówień (imię i nazwisko, e-mail, telefon, adres, punkt odbioru i metoda płatności),
- wybrane zainteresowania („Co mnie interesuje”),
- token i ustawienia powiadomień push oraz ich historia.
Co pozostaje
- Zamówienia i dokumenty podatkowe (faktury, faktury korygujące) przechowujemy przez okres wymagany prawem (przepisy o rachunkowości i przepisy podatkowe). Zostaną one odłączone od usuniętego konta aplikacji.
- Odstąpienia od umowy i reklamacje przez czas ich rozpatrywania oraz przez okresy określone prawem.
Deleting your account in the Rodinné slevy mobile app
You can delete your account directly in the app (Account tab → Delete account) - it is deleted immediately.
Without the app, email info@rodinneslevy.cz with the subject "App account deletion"
and the phone number you verified in the app; we will delete the account within 30 days.
Deleted: the app account and its access key, the verified phone number and verification codes, saved order details
(name, email, phone, address, pickup point and payment method), selected interests, the push notification token, settings and history.
Kept: orders and tax documents (invoices, credit notes) for the period required by law; they are unlinked from the deleted app account.
Withdrawals and complaints are kept while they are being processed and for the periods required by law.
